Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) – RM10.00

Free Shipping on orders over RM300

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties.

Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, postal service delays). We will do our best to keep you updated.

Lost or Damaged Items
